AUTOMATIC QUOTE RESPONSE
This is the first email sent instantly upon completion of the inquiry form. It will contain the quote based on event type and nearest city, or you can quote based on packages.
FIRST FOLLOW UP (3 DAYS LATER)
This is the first follow up email which just checks in with the customer to ensure they received the automated quote email.
SECOND FOLLOW UP (10 DAYS LATER)
This is the second follow up email which is sent if you do not make any contact with them yet.
BOOKING FORM EMAIL
This email is sent immediately when you switch an event from open to tentative status. It contains the booking instructions and a link to automatically open the booking form without login details required.
BOOKING FORM REMINDER (7 DAYS LATER)
This is the first follow up email which just checks in with the customer to remind them to complete the booking form if not yet completed within 7 days.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
This email is sent to the client immediately after a payment has been entered into the system. It confirms the booking with the customer and provides them with instructions on how to proceed with music and event planning.
DJ/PERFORMER LOCKED EMAIL
This email is sent immediately when you 'Lock' a DJ / Performer onto an event to let them know they have been assigned to the job.
BOOKING DETAILS CONFIRMED EMAIL
This email is sent usually 1 or 2 weeks before the event, when you confirm booking / event details with the customer and click the 'Details Confirmed' button.
JOB REMINDER (24 HOURS BEFORE EVENT)
This email is automatically sent to the DJ / Performer 24 hours before an event to ensure they are fully aware they are working on the job, and if for some reason they are not, to let you know as soon as possible.
AFTER EVENT FEEDBACK FORM
This email is sent automatically right after the event date has passed with a link to the feedback form. The customer does not need to type any login details to access the form, i'ts a one click login.
FEEDBACK FORM REMINDER (7 DAYS LATER)
This email is sent to the customer 7 days after their event if the feedback form has not yet been completed.
GOOGLE / FACEBOOK REVIEW EMAIL
This email is sent to the customer if they leave a positive feedback score and provides them with links directly to your Google and Facebook (or any online review places) for them to leave an online review.
THANK YOU EMAIL
This is a quick thank you email sent to those customers who cancel to thank them for their inquiry and remind them to follow you on social media.
